What I really like about CX is the new PAYE system installed in Europe now. It is really a lot more convenient than the old system. Plus you see immediately how great your salary is. I also appreciate the training culture, ERAS is just a perfect tool to evaluate your performance, and it is always just and fair. But the absolute best about CX is that the pay in Hong Kong is pegged to the U$. Forget all the hassle with changing currency rates!
