Not sure exactly why any of you guys are so suprised, the last twenty odd pages pretty much sums it up.
From what is written here, before it was turd sandwiches in the award, then the EBA, then the AWA, then the ITEA, why would you expect a CA to be any better ?, which union was involved ?, how long did the negotiation phase take ?
