Courses finish at CAE on a weekly if not by-weekly basis. There are a few guys coming up for LST very soon. Keep trying all the usual places and keep trying CAE for openings in their accomadation. Nicole is very busy, so she may not always have time to call you back. Alsmeer and Nieuvennip (excuse my poor dutch spelling) are probably nearest to Hoffdorp. I am in Amstelveen with my sim partner. All within reasonable distances to the centre. Transport services are excellent however a car would be valuable for some early and late sims. Some people hire bikes but I canīt be arsed with that! Itīs 24 degrees celcius here now!!
