As an ex temp who got kept on and went to LGW, I can tell you one thing. At this stage noone knows what will happen with the temps. As STS said today in his weekly chat, nothing can be ruled. I find it difficult that you ll be kept on WW permanently but there is always the chance you ll get LHR EF. But of course the risk of not being kept on is always there. Getting a temp contract is always risky business.
