The info i have heard is that the bolts that hold the towbar attachment on the nose gear sheared shortly into the pushback. The towbar shear pin didn't break. Aircraft was fixed overnight and operated the schedule service this morning to DLM.
Must have been metal fatigue on the nosegear attachment, otherwise the shear pin on the tow bar would have broken first.
As MeNelty said a towbar less tug would have done the job, BJV have them, but BFS dosen't.
