From about Cambridge upwards it seems there is very little controlled Airspace. For those of us used to the TMA and doing most of our flying at 2400' this will be a bit of a new experience. Let us go for an Altitude record on the way up. Highest on the way to the fly-in will get a bottle of Mouton Cadet that I brought back last time I was in France.
I suggest that nearer the time, those of us flying up all E-mail each other with our flight plans, we could then call each other on 123.45 (if that isn't illeagal

)
Perhaps I should point out that airmanship should not be compomised and to .....naaa, you are all grown up and responsible adults...right.
