Picture the scene - Civil Servant responsible for funding (or not) the Movements world is just sitting back in his chair after ticking the box on his annual report marked 'divide and rule'. He thinks to himself 'Hmm, I'll just go for a coffee and then present the boss with my plan to privatise the whole lot of 'em - that'll save money, surely, and I'll get my bonus'.
