I would hope that your not taring all temps with the same brush!! People could take offense!
Also are you implying that beacause I applied for the temp position as opposed to the LHR EF perm or LGW SF perm that I was put through a completely different recruitment process?? With a lower quality of candidate being put through??????
I hardly think that BA would activley recruit candidates to work on their line, however temporary, who are below the high standards they usually require.
I don't doubt that there are a FEW bad eggs that get through, this happens in all airlines but please don't imply that people who are giving up a permanent position for the chance to work with BA are of a lower quality that those on a permanent contract!
