Only go there if you have a huge amount of extra cash to pay all the landing fees and airport taxes for foreign aircraft?
A very nice "route" if you can rent an aircraft would be from either Windhoek or Lanseria to Maun to Kasane to Livingstone to Katima Mulilo to Etosha to Swakkopmund to Luderitz to Cape Town and then back to wherever you started.
It will give you the following:
Okavango, Victoria Falls, Chobe game reserve, Namibia and some of South Africa.
