Off to OFT in July to start my Zero-ATPL course. Just a few questions.
What insurances do I need? Im guessing loss of medical, and contents insurance is that all? (The school provide insurance if I ruin an aircraft for $200).
Next I have been given a list of equipment I need and was wondering if anyone could explain on where to get it?
- Headset
- Sectional chart (excuse the stupidity but what is this)
- Airport facility directory
- Aircraft checklists
- pilot operating handbooks
- fuel strainer
- E6B Flight computer
- Flight plotter
- FAR'S (what is this)
- Logbook
Im guessing i will need a JAA and an FAA logbook as i am doing an FAA ppl and then the rest JAA.
