I recall most airlines provide questionnaires prior to vacating the aircraft, which they then use to investigate what could be improved, alternatively, how to make the journey more comfortable and so on….where’s the difference..?

Over the past month, I have been observant to a noticeable increase of hostile post in a variety of threads – I’m unsure of the reason for this, I recall as a youngster, my late grandmother regularly commented “If you don’t have any thing nice to say, refrain from saying anything..!”….Very true.
