As VLM are Belgian and Cityjet Irish, how much authority does the OfT have over the purchase.
Interesting too, neither Cityjet nor VLM have made any statement on a merger, in its current form the situation seems to be a change of ownership for VLM from Panta Holdings to Air France KLM.
