Another vote for ACASS. Avionico does not pay, period, so do not go out with them unless they pay for your time period IN ADVANCE before you leave home, all your per diems and return airline ticket.
As mentioned above, the contract market is very good now and do not go out for less than $10k a month. My copilot is now making $12k a month and thats more than I am getting, but he worked a better deal than I did. I am learning, slowly it seems!
