WX takeover of VG
"Rumour floating around the KGS office Friday is the VLM Air France deal is not going through and that BA jumped on it! Second hand so not sure how true."
The clearence of the takeover by Cityjet is taking a very long time. Final comments by interested parties were due on the 6th of March, which is nearly 8 weeks ago. Something must be happening, it would not take the Office of Fair Trading in the UK this long to clear the deal. The EasyJet takeover of GB was cleared extremely fast.
Would be a shame if it fell through, in my opinion.
