Good Idea, Bad Idea?
I am currently in the states, planning to do my dispatch here from IFOD. Since i am coming back to UAE in a few months, my eventual goal is to become a dispatcher in uae. So would it be a better idea if i did my course from UAE or from the States?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
