Def Stan 00-970 (Design and Airworthiness Requirements for Service Aircraft) references Mil Standard Mil-B-83054B "Baffle and Inerting Material, Aircraft Fuel Tanks" dated
17th May 1978.
Any advance on 1978 for proof of UK MoD knowledge? (Already have the Lockheed patent dated 1969).
