He comes on here pretending to help these ATCO applicants when all the time he is just taking the opportunity to sneakily find out "what questions are in the open so he doesn't ask them". This is presumably because that is easier than thinking up new and innovative questions tailored to the individual interview.
As a good interviewer you should be armed withn an extraordinary wealth of fiendish questions the answers to which may be different on any given day - not trotting out the same automoton interview day in day out until someone on Pprune blows the gig.
