Im graduating in a couple weeks with an Electrical Engineering degree and i would like to work in the aviation industry. Avionics engineering, flight testing and whatever deals with airplanes.
Most of the employers though do not prefer entry level engineers.
I was just wondering, why dont they care about entry level candidates? Its all about providing some basic traning!
Do you know any componies that hire?
