Just from this you can see that rent is already expensive if they are willing to hand over up to 115000AED you could probably do better with a 1 bedroom apt in Manhattan. It seems though as if renting is a hassle and its better to purchase...most reasonable 1 bedroom apartments or as they say "villas" go for around 110K AED starting but im sure you can find cheaper
