And things will be incredibly improved if flying schools ever stop being boys clubs, who grudgingly accept women but would really rather they'd quietly go away. No, I'm not exaggerating, and I know women pilots who'd put it more strongly than that. We don't usually, because it makes us unpopular, it's not done, and it usually gets us flamed or told we're over-sensitive.
