Agree with everything PVGflyer posted. One difference, the visual is flown on one engine without the FD and A/T.

The FPV is allowed and although the wind component starts with 15 knots cross it was increased to 30 knots on base leg. Land with 30 knots cross wind, ok if your current on type.

Air India is offering USD12,000 per month, plus per diem, end of contract gratuity a 3 year contract with a ticket to your home base in my case Perth.

If Jet can come up with something similar I would jump at it.
