SabreDog, you have it: Yellowknife, NWT, Old Town dock is it. The Strainer was operated for two seasons by Wardair, supporting drilling activity which was going on at the time.
Had a great reputation as a reliable hauler, but must have been some handful around a dock in a crosswind! But, yes Norwich, she was a majestic beast as she growled by on her daily chores.
