I'm unsure how aviation does its performance stats so lets be wary of what appears to be a positive announcement.
Punctuality, I suspect, covers the tardiness of services that actually run to and from LBA. Good score, well done.
I suspect this excludes diversions (reliability). It would be interesting to see the reliability score.
I'll be pleased to be corrected if indeed the "punctuality" includes diversions though I'd be amazed if LBA top-scored there.
