Leeds Bradford Airport Is Top For Punctuality

According to the latest punctuality statistics from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Leeds Bradford International Airport (LBIA) was the best performing airport overall in the final quarter of 2007 with the best on-time performance and the shortest average delay of the top 75 destinations surveyed.
The CAA report stated that Leeds Bradford had both the highest on-time performance at 84% and the shortest average delay of 8 minutes, amongst the top 75 destinations.
Peter Willis, Operations Director at LBIA said: “We are delighted that the airport has again been commended nationally for its punctuality records and that we continue to provide a pleasant experience for our passengers when they travel through Yorkshire’s premier Airport.”
