When the result goes in your favour (as I'm sure it will), presumeably BA/WW will appeal to the next level of court (house of lords?). Now the wait for that decision could take another couple of months. When they give their verdict (again in favour of the pilots), BA/WW will appeal to the European Court of....., lord knows how long the verdict will take.
