It makes sense what you are saying, and Gonzo i am glad to hear that NATS aren't looking for a certain personality type, but obviously wouldnt want any extreme personalities, that makes me feel alot better about the process.
For the time being i think i'll just put it out of my mind and tackle that bridge when I get there.
