Speed restriction below 10,000' - 250 kts.
Given that the 340-6 is faster than this (265 ish) are you aware of this or is it a requirement to request a higher speed from you or 124.4?

Not allowed Vis Apph by night, and day vis is usually shocking so easier for the lazy {in response to the comment below..}(safer option whatever, so much for a sense of humour) option.. plus after 14 hrs whadda you think...? (I think this sort of covered your point...?)
