I'm afraid you've got it wrong. NATS aren't after a certain personality type....just visit any ATC unit anywhere in the world and you'll see there are all sorts of personalities.
What the tests determine is whether you have an extreme personality, or tend to be more extreme in one or more facets of your personality.
There is no 'right answer', it just helps to build up a picture. I can honestly say I have no idea what to tell you to put, not that I'd tell you anyway if that were true, of course!
