Pretty much agree with your analysis.
Loads will be a critical factor, but I'm still trying to work out how this fits in with TUIfly's stated intention to phase out UK scheduled ops.
It's possible I suppose that CVT has a contract which restricts Thomsonfly's options for a particular time period?
