Just been looking at the Humberside thread, they have the same issue with a big withdrawl by the tour operators but on the Birmingham thread they are getting an increase in aircraft and routes/frequencies. I wonder if this is a pull out from the smaller regionals in order to add services at the bigger airports.
Are fwd bookings for summer 08 charter bad at MME to prompt them to do this. If we have virtually no charters next year i wonder if globespan/ryanair will use the opportunity to ramp up activity with the lack of competition?
