I agree. Such statements are the reason for the arrogant-smartass-impression some have within the industry.

I am not familiar with US-procedures. I just know, the dispatcher has to release the flight somehow. But why does he care how much fuel they eventually depart with as long as itīs euqal or more than MinBlock?
