That's the problem with 21 day PPLs, the knowledge is commited to short term as apposed to long term memory. I did a three week PPL also!! I found that reading the Trevor Thom Book on instrument flying helped together with the Jeppeson Private Pilot and Instrument Pilot Manuals. Always a good source of reference later too. So far as the Navigation is concerned, it is down to ground school Nav was/is the most difficult for me.
