Highspeed, I'm curious what you find in your pursuit of Spicejet, as I am thinking of heading in their direction also. I just started the process myself. I am lured by their flexibility in rosters, and seemingly positive attitude toward the pilot group. A lot of aspects of Spicejet work for me in relation to where I am at now.
