The classics went up there for years....... and broke down up there for years.
The A330s have been well received...into and out of NRT.
The high yielding prolific travelling Japanese have been mistreated by Qantas for years.
Running Jet * into the place is even more insulting.
Putting lamb on the menu for Y/C indicates just how out of touch Qantas is.

With the Japanese presentation is everything.
Qantas fails miserably in this regard.
