Talking about Port Harcourt hostages are taken every day by rebels. If you see the area of PHC from above you come to the conclusion no one will find you at all as the Niger Delta is all rain forest and can't be controlled by regular troups at all. I only heared as Denim pilots stay or have stayed there overnight the short transport to the hotel is heavily guarded.
To me the country is not civilized and a human live is well worth nothing!!!
I hope I never encounter such a situation. But if I have to choose I'd rather sleep below a railway bridge than engaging in a job in Nigeria
You need not say this about Naija. This is improper as we have a lot of expatriates guys flying in Naija without any probs. Please do you have a good example of such incident. Please visit the country and see a different view to what you feel.
