Duty circuits are promulgated for the safety of all and I fear a tragic outcome.. .. .Even with duty circuits, middairs do happen - look at the North Weald middair report of a couple of years ago with a C150 and a YAK - 3 dead.. .. .It is very important that we observe duty circuits and I would suggest that a glider which cannot should land in a suitable field.
