You refer, of course, to the generic performance engineer training manual .. quite a few of us would have one or more editions ... I have an old copy in the office somewhere and you are welcome to that if I can locate it. Alternatively, you might ask Mutt .. he probably has a dozen or more old copies in the bottom draw of the filing cabinet.
Be aware that the document (D6-1420) is a couple of inches thick and a fair old read for most folks. Having said that, it is an extremely useful document pitched at undergraduate level of difficulty.
