Good to read about the 250 extra seats in the lounge and the complimentary wireless (well done). Will the seats be such that, unlike the current over-deep ones, you can use your laptop comfortably ? And will the departure screens be visible from them ? At least we still have departure announcements (well done).
In passing regarding the extra seats and where to put them, does anyone ever use the "duty free" (actually not, of course) shops in the rear half of the lounge ? Whenever I am passing through they seem to be doing no business at all. Margins per day must be minimal. Surely the floorspace could be used a little more productively.
