Wouldn't recommend this carrier. Too much Indian Sabotage and Mis-management. DO is loose cannon. Meanwhile, Dir. of Training and Chief Pilot are leaving. 3 CP's in 18 months. Hmmm? Wonder why?

Yes, they provide housing or provide $1050usd per month if you share with another pilot. +40% of flights are overnights. Delhi + Bangalore are bases. TDY to Mumbai, Jaipur, Kolkata.

Too many scheduling issues. No schedule bidding, trips are assigned, too much deadhead trips - without pay. Pilot pay is frequently short on over-time hours above 80 hrs. Pay on scheduled block not actual

TRE's should be able to find the best positions. This is no where near it.
