It s quite clear that EY has to consider to attract pilots on 320s . Priority in this company is the upgrade and not DEC
. And that s one of the good thing about EY!!!
So now it s quite obvious as well that some F/Os want to be upgrade on 330 others on 320.
I think the best is to lower the minima on the 320 to allow some young F/O to get their command on the small bus.
The problem of the cadets is different. Lufthansa or Air France cadets are not pointed by their captains because they are new...They are usually very good even without experience, the problem of cadets is part of the training capacity to raise their level to a high one.
