I stand with Sandblasted. Better to keep the upgrades going and in the current order of seniority system, than get in DEC. Who knows, they might even lower the upgrade hours because it is an A320, which would mean a few of those ex-Flight Engineers's can get to the left seat now. They wouldn't mind at all. So as you see, it could be beneficial for all, so long as the DEC stop, the the upgrades keep moving.
Just look around and see how many A320 airline have closed it's doors in the USA. This mornings news shows
