Agree with you Coasthugger, MOL gets lots of free press especially around 'stuff the customer' but it works for him, at the end of the day we all have a choice as consumers. If you don't like FR don't use em. How much coverage have you seen around TOM or Wizz in the UK press..? Virtually nil! They have to work harder to attract customers as a result
My point is Ryanair' is a great airline - like them or loath them, they are top of their game. As such thats great for BOH.
It's the radical airlines (chiefs) that get the coverage - Branson, MOL, Stelios.. and the brand awareness is as a consequence huge.
