Although I am an Ex-pat, and have not lived in the UK for many years, Earls Colne is near the town where I was born and grew up.
Last year I flew from there to view the ancestral home from the air for the first time. The grass runway was very soft and the takeoff interesting. Really nice group of people there, I hope they get their hard runway.
