I would add that if you indeed have a genuine grievance, supported with reliable documentary evidence (particularly photographic evidence), then the CAA Enforcement Branch would persue the offender in a particularly relentless fashion, should you choose to furnish them with such evidence - and should the allegations prove to be true, I don't think there is anyone here who would have much sympathy for the pilot involved. On the other hand, if you are unable to provide such evidence, you'll understand that many people will have trouble taking your allegations seriously.
