Looks like a nice site for a relocated Kenilworth Road? What happened to the 'Super Duper Casino' planned for Napier? Parkway was 'done on the cheap' so anything actually representing a piece of quality would be gratefully accepted!
As for parking up loss making jets (aircraft on the ground ain't making money), how about Lasham? They sell more than palatable honey in the Garden Centre next door!
