Emirates Airline is bringing its ambitious growth plans to the U.S. The airline’s Career Centre tells FLTops.com it will be recruiting pilots in three major cities next week: Detroit on April 7, Cincinnati on April 8 and Atlanta on April 9.
With a strong record of profitable growth, Emirates Airline is rapidly expanding its fleet of Airbus A330/A340 and Boeing 777 aircraft. Emirates has ordered 58 Airbus A380s, 53 Boeing 777s and 120 Airbus A350s. The airline says it is recruiting experienced and technically proficient first officers to fly its extensive international route network and progress their careers to captain.
The road shows will provide additional information to prospective candidates on pilot careers with Emirates and information about living in Dubai. The show is a three-hour presentation with time for questions at the end. The shows are as follows:
  • April 7, Detroit: The Westin Detroit Metropolitan Airport, 2501 Worldgateway Place Detroit, MI; 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • April 8, Cincinnati: Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport, 1717 Airport Exchange Blvd, Erlanger, KY; 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • April 9, Atlanta: The Atlanta Renaissance Concourse, One Hartsfield Centre Parkway, Atlanta, GA; 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
