I'd like to think that voting with your feet would have an effect, but sadly, I don't think it would. In the end, the guy's that are left will have to carry more and more of the burden? they will still just keep taking in junior pilots to fill the demand. Does anyone know when the new CEO is due to take over, not that he will have any say!!!
