I have to agree with egnxema, FR's previous plans may have been to expand at EMA, but now they have fallen back into bed with BHX I suspect their plans may have changed somewhat; you only have to look at FR's website to see where they are now focusing their attention!
The UK homepage features flights for STN, LPL and BRS with the EMA section now replaced by BHX, even though they only currently offer 22 routes against EMA's 36; further more when you "click here for more routes" flights from EMA still are not shown...?
With the current economic climate and the duplication of some routes at these airports, I suspect you may see a gradual transfer of the thinner routes over to BHX, I think the best EMA can hope for in the near future is the retention of FR's six based aircraft.
