Not sure how this should work. Slots only become available once they are returned to the slot pool, AF will avoid returnin slots to the slot pool like the pest. I don't think that any airport operator can do anything against an airline using a slot they hold for whatever service they wish to operate (unless it is a slot for a PSO route). that said, I am pretty sure KLM will use slots to the new route to EIN by some re-shuffling of slots already held.
