What is the reasin of these AF/KL/VG slots going to BA? Unless an airline voluntarily surrenders slots, I do not see a basis why they could not use these slots for other routes, either for opening new ones or increasing frequencies on existing routes.
About how many slots are we talking, by the way? The only route duplication I can think of is LCY-AMS, and I guess KL will cut but about 4 of their existing 6 or seven flights.
